How it works
Instructor joins

Students listed
Instructor adds each student's test date, centre and preferred dates. We only ever match within the same test centre.
Matched & connected
We find a learner whose dates fit. Each instructor tells their pupil — then the two learners call DVSA themselves to swap.
We introduce learners — you make the swap
Since 12 May 2026, only the learner taking the test may change or swap it. DriveCraft Swap never logs into, books, changes or cancels a DVSA booking. We simply find you a match at the same test centre; the two of you then call DVSA (0300 200 1122) yourselves to complete the swap.

Each test booking can only be changed twice. A swap counts as one change. DriveCraft Swap shows every student's remaining changes and will not create a listing for a student with 0 changes left. We also only match tests that are more than 10 working days away, so a swap can go ahead without losing the fee.
