We find you a match at the same test centre and connect you through your instructors. The swap is then completed by the two matched learners themselves contacting DVSA directly on 0300 200 1122 — neither the instructor nor DriveCraft Swap can make the change. We never store your raw driving licence number or booking reference. After the call, both learners may optionally enter their own and each other's new booking details for a cross-check confirmation; we hash these values (SHA-256, salted with the match id) and only store the hashes — never the originals.
